The Cosmetology State Board Exam Preparation program is designed to provide students with review and practice two-to-three weeks prior to taking the New York State Cosmetology License Exam.
Only students who have completed 1,000 documented hours in the state-required competencies from a certified cosmetology instructor and training facility are eligible.
